Andrea Elson

Andrea Hope Elson, an American actress and former model is now a retired actor. Elson started her career in the television industry as a model for children as well as actress. Her most famous role was Alice Tyler, portrayed by Elson in CBS' science fiction series. Andrea auditioned for and was awarded the part of Lynn Tanner on the hit show ALF (1986). The actress was a regular in a variety of TV shows as well as Movies of the week before she decided to leave the world of entertainment. Andrea Elson played Lynn Tanner in ALF, the teenaged daughter of Kate and Willie. People wrote an article in which Elson described how difficult it was for her to transition into a young girl and perform on an upcoming sitcom. This green-eyed New York City actress was born on March 6, 1970. Her father worked in advertising and she grew up travelling because of it. For the 10 years prior to her tenth birthday, she lived in New York Chicago San Diego Los Angeles. In San Diego Andrea got an agent and got the part she auditioned for. Fusco stated that ALF was a tycoon aged 285 and could drink beer. NBC advised Fusco to prevent ALF from drinking in the presence of kids because it's a bad model. Fusco was convinced that ALF was able to do this, even as an adult, could be guilty of this. The alcohol... death. He was diagnosed in 1995 with lymphoma. It was successfully treated and his cancer was in remission up until 2019. He passed away from the illness on June 26, 2019, at the age of 75 in the Lillian Booth Actors Home in Englewood New Jersey.
